EZMEDS - Returns & Refunds Policy

At EZMeds, operated by Rosetti Pharma LLC, patient safety is our highest priority. Because we dispense medical and prescription products, all returns and refunds follow strict safety, handling, and pharmacy compliance regulations.


Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed medical items
  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

We cannot accept returns on opened or used prescription or medical products unless the item is proven defective.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect shipments, customers must email clear photos or videos to help@ezmeds.co before a return can be approved.

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted due to regulatory safety requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer for voluntary returns (for example, ordered by mistake or no longer needed).
  • Rosetti Pharma LLC covers return shipping only when:
    • The product is defective,
    • The product is incorrect, or
    • There was an error on our part.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved orders will receive either a replacement or a refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds are only issued for items that comply with all pharmacy safety and verification requirements.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Membership fees
  • Subscription charges already billed
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Opened or used medical products (unless defective)
  • Any item returned without prior approval
  • Items shipped to an unauthorised address

How to Start a Return

All returns must be approved prior to sending anything back.

  1. Email help@ezmeds.co
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or videos (for defective or incorrect items)
  3. If approved, you will receive:
    • A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
    • The correct return address for authorised returns

Important: Returns sent without an RMA or to any other address (including our business office) will be refused and not refunded.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
