Thank you for choosing EZMeds, operated by Rosetti Pharma LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1 business day after medical approval and pharmacy verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Prescription orders require completion of the medical questionnaire and approval from a licensed healthcare professional before dispensing.
3. Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedFed
- Specialty medical couriers (when applicable)
The specific carrier and service (Standard, Priority, Express, etc.) will be determined during fulfillment and included in your shipment confirmation email.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are delivered within:
- 3-4 business days after shipment
Delivery time may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We do not currently offer free shipping thresholds.
6. Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.
- Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- It is the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
- We cannot refund orders that are undeliverable due to customer-provided address errors.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at help@ezmeds.co within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must email clear photos/videos to help@ezmeds.co within 30 days of delivery.
- EZMeds is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but subsequently reported missing; however, we will assist in filing carrier claims when possible.
9. Prescription Limitations & Regulations
- Prescription orders will only be shipped after approval from a licensed U.S. clinician.
- We cannot ship certain medications to states where they are restricted or prohibited.
- You may be asked to verify your identity if required by pharmacy regulations.
10. Delivery Address Restrictions
- We ship only to valid U.S. street addresses.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for controlled or restricted medications.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or international forwarding services.
