Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items and services on our store may be offered as subscription purchases or memberships. This policy explains how recurring billing works, how you can manage or cancel your plan, and important limitations that apply to prescription medications and telehealth-related services. Please read carefully before purchasing.


Subscriptions

Prescription shipments occur only when a valid prescription and authorized refills remain available. Subscriptions do not guarantee medication on every billing cycle.

When you purchase a subscription, it establishes a recurring billing and fulfillment schedule. However, all prescription medications are dispensed only when medically appropriate and legally permitted.

How subscription billing works

  • Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically for each recurring billing cycle.
  • You will be charged according to the schedule shown at checkout (for example, monthly).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.
  • If a prepaid option is selected (if available), no additional charges will occur until the prepaid period ends.

How repeat subscription deliveries are approved

All prescription medications are dispensed only pursuant to a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare professional. A subscription does not automatically authorize medication refills and does not override medical judgment.

When a prescription is issued, it includes specific limits, which may include the duration of treatment, dosage instructions, and the number of refills allowed. Each scheduled subscription delivery is reviewed against these prescription limits before any medication is dispensed.

A repeat subscription delivery will occur only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The prescription is still valid and has not expired;
  • Authorized refills remain available;
  • No additional medical review or authorization is required at that time.

If a prescription expires, reaches its refill limit, or requires further medical review, no additional medication will be shipped. Subscription deliveries will be paused automatically until appropriate medical authorization is obtained.

Subscription services do not replace professional medical advice and do not guarantee treatment outcomes.

Changing or canceling your subscription

  • You may change or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 10 days before your next scheduled billing date.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before your next billing date, it will apply to the following cycle.
  • Your order confirmation emails may include links to manage your subscription.
  • You may also contact our support team at help@ezmeds.co for assistance.

Refunds on subscription renewals

  • Once a subscription has been billed, it is non-refundable, including due to the immediate processing of medical-related orders.
  • Prescription products cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except in cases of defect or error (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

Memberships

Certain services, benefits, or pricing options may be offered through a membership program.

How memberships work

  • Memberships bill automatically every 30 days at a rate of $49.99.
  • Billing begins on the date of your initial purchase.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • Memberships renew automatically unless canceled in advance.
  • Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Membership billing is separate from prescription approval. Membership fees do not guarantee the dispensing of medication, which remains subject to medical review, prescription validity, and refill availability.

If prescription fulfillment is paused or delayed due to medical review, prescription expiration, or refill limits, membership billing may continue unless the membership is canceled.

Changing or canceling your membership

  • To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 10 days before your next scheduled billing date.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the billing date, it will apply to the following billing cycle.
  • Memberships may be managed through your customer account or by contacting help@ezmeds.co.

Pre-orders

Due to the nature of prescription medications and telehealth services, EzMeds does not offer pre-orders or pre-payment reservations.

Prescription products are dispensed only when they are:

  • in stock,
  • approved for your prescription,
  • and ready for immediate fulfillment.

If pre-order options become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Try Before You Buy

EzMeds does not offer “Try Before You Buy” programs for prescription or medical products. Due to regulatory requirements, prescription medications cannot be sampled, trialed, or tested before purchase.
